NEEA is seeking an experienced Market Planning Manager for a critical new role in our growing operation. Reporting to the Director of Market Operations and Planning, this individual will join our market transformation team working to design and implement market interventions leading to improved energy efficiency in the region. |
| Duties: | Primary responsibilities include the strategic planning of market initiatives, analytical support for initiative design and the development/maintenance of models of cost effectiveness. The manager also acts as a critical link to regional organizations for the purpose of planning, coordinating, monitoring and analyzing market based initiatives.
This is a highly responsible position that requires high level strategic marketing, quantitative modeling, critical thinking, and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to assess market opportunities, build intervention models and forecast results. The individual should be able to translate market data into quantifiable terms and communicate the results. |
| Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will have an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, marketing, business or public administration, or a closely related field. A Master's Degree is preferred. Minimum five years of professional experience in strategic market planning, analysis or market research is required. Preference will be given to candidates with planning experience in the energy, utility, or regulatory environment and knowledge/experience with energy efficiency. |
